Welcome to the Midnight Postal Exchange, a monthly snail mail adventure made for cozy souls and creative hearts. Each month, you’ll receive a written letter from me plus the added benefits below. Every month brings a new theme, new artwork, and a little piece of Happy Mail delivered to your mailbox! This exchange gives me a chance to explore new ideas and keep my creativity alive while connecting with new friends along the way. I hope your mailbox and mine cross paths soon.
How It Works
Sign-ups open on the 1st and close on the 20th of each month. After sign-ups close, we’ll begin packaging your postal goodies and ship all orders before the end of the month.
For example: Sign up October 1–20 → Your November Midnight Postal Exchange will be packaged and shipped before the end of October.

Written Letter and Prompt
A letter written just for you, where I might share little pieces of life, ask about your world, introduce you to new characters and their stories, or leave you with a journaling prompt to spark your creativity. Whatever finds its way onto the page, I hope it gives us a chance to slow down, write, and create together one letter at a time.
1 Art Print
A new art print illustrated by me in Procreate and printed on glossy photo paper. Each month will feature a different design, and every print will be personally signed by me making each one a little piece of the Midnight Postal Exchange to keep.
Brain Teaser Activity & Coloring Sheet
A cozy little brain teaser to match each month’s theme! Grab a pencil, settle in, and see how many clues you can solve. A little something fun to enjoy with your midnight mail! Plus a Coloring Sheet I created!
1 Bookmark
A little bookmark made by hand from start to finish! Each is hand-drawn, and the design is 3D-printed, carefully painted by me, and made to add a little extra magic to your next reading adventure. Every bookmark will have its own unique details and personality.

Co-owner of Vow and Thread Co. LLC Hi there! I’m Nani, the artist, maker, and letter writer behind the Midnight Postal Exchange. I’m a night owl with far too many creative ideas bouncing around in my head, so I created this little space to let them wander.
I love experimenting with digital art, 3D printing, painting, sewing, writing, and creating characters and stories. For me, art and writing are ways to keep my mind curious, and I hope the things I create give you something fun to discover, enjoy, or get inspired by.
Every month is a new creative adventure, and I’m excited to share a little piece of it with you. Thanks for being here, and I hope you enjoy receiving these creations as much as I enjoy making them!

Each month, your Midnight Postal Exchange includes a handwritten letter, signed art print, 2 die-cut stickers, a coloring sheet, a hand-painted 3D-printed bookmark, and a themed activity such as a crossword or Word Search.

Definitely. You can switch plans, upgrade, or make changes to your membership anytime. Other memberships will either include more or fewer items, so make sure you pick whats right for you.

Memberships are flexible and can be canceled at any time from your account. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.

Refunds are only available on the day of purchase, as your monthly mail has not yet been created or shipped. Memberships can be canceled at any time to prevent future monthly charges. However, once a monthly envelope has been prepared and shipped, that month is no longer eligible for a refund.

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible and before your order ships. We’ll do our best to update your information and help avoid any issues with delivery. Once your order has shipped, we may no longer be able to change the shipping address.
